Complaints

If you think a contractor used unfair or deceptive practices, the Iowa Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division takes complaints online (file a consumer complaint). Questions about HVAC contractor licensing go to the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing's Plumbing and Mechanical Systems Board.
